It has been quite some time since I last attend a BBQ. It is fun! hehe as i only have to eat. They guys did all the fire starting and BBqing.

It is quite a change from the previous times. I remember when i was young, girls used to do all the work. Nowadays, the table is turning around. It is a nice change :)

Disgusting Cab Driver

How can anyone has such poor manners and civil mindness?

I took a cab home from work. Normally, I would have rest peacefully in the cab and enjoy the ride home.

Today I am disturbed by the behavior of the taxi driver. He cough v.v. loudly in the cab, obviously i know he is sick and ok i am fine with it.

The ultimatum is, he started clearing his throat and tried to get the flam to come out from the oesophagus, AND!! AND he spit out through the window...

SSSSSSooooooooo ER XIN!!!!

He did this loud clearing of throat and spitting out of the window 3x.
YUCKS!

Not only this irritate me, its the way he does things, its as though i am not there, he turn the radio volume up so loudly as the news is broadcasted that i have to shout directions to him!!!!! AIYO!!!!! what is this????

shouldn't SERVICE comes first???

I always liked those drivers who ask you nicely, if the radio station is fine, is the music too loud and would be mindful to tuen down the volume of the radio whenever customer is on the phone.

That IS service.

Over ambitious

I have finally step back into the gym on sunday.

I forced myself to do so by paying $$$.

Kickboxing ROCKS!!!

After 1 hour of exercising, my muscles were screaming for release. They are forced to work OT.

I even went to east coast park after that for cycling... aiyo...

HOW I ACHE ALL OVER TODAY!!! I cant lift up my arm, its painful!!!

A Race

couldnt sleep

It is 1:46am

Dunno why... I couldn't sleep.
Is it because of the tea i drank? Or the story book i just finished?

I turned and tossed in the bed. Normally I would have slept like a log.
TOday, I can't.

It is so quiet. I am thinking, since i can't sleep, might as well surf net till i cannot tahan then i will sleep.

Many thoughts came into my mind... My father, My work, My friends, My family, My
sisters... It is as though i am forced to have a reflection.

My brain wouldnt rest,
My mind had to work,
My fingers had to type.

Li Pai Lui

Today is Li Pai Lui and i spend the whole day working.
Waste $$$ to take cab to work somemore! (cos i want to reach by 830 to eat breakfast)

Today is an intensive discussion day.
I am the presenter for my group, so nervous man!
Luckily, i managed to scrape through alive.
It is also B*Ring and T*ring to spend WHOLE of my precious Li Pai Lui @ school!

The day is saved by a fantastic dinner at PePPer LuNch with Teochew Beauty!

Mmm... did i mentioned b4?
This pepper lunch is located at takashimaya basement. It served nice sizzling chicken (teppanyaki style) with crunchy bean sprouts. It is quite fun to stir and cook the food. Delicious!

We also brought healthy nuts after our meals. All the nuts looked so yummy that makes us go nuts about them. In fact, i am eating figs, almong, pecan and hazelnuts now as i type. OOHHHHHHH.... tasty! I wonder how is teochew beauty's one.

More More, we want more, we ate 99% fat-free gelato after that. It was dark chocolate and lemon flavour. My two favourite flavour. I can't believe anyone has never tried it b4. If you haven't, go and try it! BERI NICE LA

Right, i shall end here and start my game. Mmm.... still eating my nuts... too bad u cant have one. lol :p

Motivation

I have read 3 books recently...
I have been doing many things recently...
But shelfing the important stuffs...
Putting it off till tomorrow.

Today i visited the library.

I borrowed 4 books. It has been a long time since i visited it.

What a nice feeling!

I cant attend...

Heard a sad news today... Ah Jin mother passed away due to cancer reccurance.

She is one of my "zhu peng guo you" in sec school and i cant be there for her.

WHY?
My grandfather had just passed away and its not 49 days yet. According to chinese custom (sigh)... My MUM say i cannot go.

:( so sad, i really wanted to be there for her too as she also attended my father wake.

she is the same as me, eldest in family.
I wish her strength and courage.
I know she will.

Today we ambushed the birthday girl.

Ah Wei holding flowers, Ah Tier's hubby holding cake, the rest armed with bday poppers and horns.

All of us put on bday hats, waited in anticipation for Princess E to arrived.




~ Princess E walked in and was caught unaware by loud screams ~

~ Oblivbious to the rest of the customers, we began to sing the bday song ~
~ she was so touched... with tears clinging to her eyes ~
~ we played games ~
~ we behave like kids ~
~ we were rowdy ~
~ It was somthing I have never done b4 ~
