Eyelid twitching today

My lower eye lids keep twitching today...

Lack of sleep or overdose of caffine? I do not know, but i am sure yawning all the way.

I cant wake up at wee hours. Its torturous!
I slept early last night. No use.
I wanted to feel energetic. Exercise?
No energy how to exercise? Sian.
