what a nice feeling to talk to an old fren after such a long time... i was wondering who is this guy adding me in msn....so happens that it is an old schoolmate. 10 yrs + le still look the same... haha

well its always nice to know how others have changed... and bitch over how nerdy we look last time. He got a shock when i send him our school photo. Time flies man....

Goodbye fun

Guess where have i been to on sat... my only real fun b4 monday. Yes if you havent tried this b4... do go and have a go at Sentosa. Uncle sk and i watched Nancy Drew at Vivo... after that we decided to catch songs of the sea at sentosa but too bad tickets were sold out by the time we reach there. Another interesting item caught my eye.. the luge.

The skyride was a bit terrifying for me... cos it goes really high up... but i want to take pictures! The view was breathtaking... when u go up at 6+ when the sun is setting. My toes were clinging tightly to my shoes... afraid that they willslip off any moment.

The luge ride down was fun! V.fun...but seem short. Quite exciting for first timer like me. heh

Will go back again next time to watch songs of the sea too. :D

stop the time

At last, the final weekend b4 i return to work. I definitely have the "i-dont-want-to-go-back" syndrome. The coming monday will be the bluest of all. The only thing that could cheer me up now is to strike lottery so i can live likea tai tai for the rest of my life.... hahahahahaha

Ba Zhang

Today is Duan Wu Jie...er not sure about the english term... is it dragonboat festival? Well i didnt ate any dumpling today.... as i already ate some during the weekend. A group of us took on an aduous task to buy famous ba zhang somewhere in Joo chiat and aud drove us there. We reached the place after some U turns and difficult parallel parking... the queue was building up and the price of the ba zhang has increased over 100%. Singaporean....well will still queue de lor. Uncle SK memory is bad...can't even remember aud order... luckily with my method of memorising and lattlegal... we managed to complete our task of placing the right orders for ms wong. Good or not? Well, of cos to me its nice... but not to my mum's standard... say its too salty.

by the way... that night we went to aud house to laze ard and read cosmo...and try aud's Uzap. i discover that i cant take the itchiness. Ash and Lattlegal can take it wor.... how come i cannot... the extent of itchiness is indiscribable. I had to switch off the machine after a few seconds as i cant stop laughing. I wonder whether Ash really bought it the next day :)

black eye sugar

Since monday....till today, i couldn't sleep well, i only have about 5-6 hours sleep. I didnt eat well, cos i dun feel like eating. I have headache... but i couldnt care less. Back...ya aching... cough...well coughing... This is what happen when i buy korean drama.

2 very nice show! and i completed in 3 days... no day,no night... almost like zombie nw... so tired. haha but this is the only luxury that i can afford in this short 1 week break. Soon this extremely carefree and sleep late life is ending and i will be thrown back into a battlefield.

I think i got the "habitual disinclination to exertion" disease from teochew beauty. I just want to sit in front of my comp and immersed myself in the world of korean drama,with a box of tissue by my side, and a bottle of water. No food is required. Think can slim down too... or die of intense throbbing headache.

Well i have just browse thro olive blog seem that i have missed a few. What a good GP topic:"Earn funds to shop versus Shop to earn satisfaction" well done olive! i think if i am given this topic to write on i will simply lose out in terms of length and vocabulary. Anyway.. for my two cents worth... i think we earn to shop to get satisfaction. Well dun need to envy rich tai tai or ability to buy LV bag... you also have that ability... just thatyou will feelv heartpain after that...so just stick to your own agenda of procuring the latest HP...then sell me cheap cheap when u are bored with it. hehe

Feet

Today i spend a bomb on my feet.

It started with HSBC $1 treat. Ytd, me and OO go vivo city to shop... and we spend over $50 at SASA... so we decided to eat the $1 ramen at Sakae today at JPT. OO decided to finish up her pedicure package and i am think it has been ages since i went for a pedi so i shall pamper my feet too. What turn out from a $38 normal pedi to...

1) mani additional $10 only (sounds ok right)
2) aromatherapy treatment (i just nodded thinking well add some essential oil only mah)
3) special mask for feet to remove dead skin (i agreed when they exclaimed, point at my feet in horror and comment that there are so much tough skin and they scream the need for emergency intensive treatment)

total damaage: $107 @_@ + heart pain

They even tried to sell me a atrociously expensive package which will be v v vgood for me... blah blah blah and that i simply shake my head in horror. The treatments are good... but too expensive. Sales too aggressive that it simply put me off. Anyway... will i go back again??? maybe so that i can see the horror in their eyes when they see my feet again... hahahaha

Actually, its not that horrifying... but a lot of people in this line likes to put people down so as to sell you their better product. How many times have you enter a hair salon and they tell you "Miss, your hair is so dry!!! Must maintain ... today u want to use additional vitamins for hair? v good for repair, best for dry hair like yours" "aiyo your skin is so dehydrated! Must use this special mask, buy this blah blah blah..." sound familiar? I am so numb with all these hard seller that i wil just switch off, look at them with disinterest eyes and send negative vibes to them. It is also the case with finanical planner... who keep saying that my current insurance plans are not sufficient, there are better plans etc... aiya... of cos there are always mountains higher to climb.

ok back to $1 deal... I dun really like the noodle... soup base not to my liking, after one sip , OO and hubby and I started to literally pour alot of chilli power to make it more tasty. I still think fishball mee por taste better. Anyway thankfully its only $1. haha

recently, i bought 2 May Day Album CDs, S.H.E Play album, Zhang Dong Liang Prince album, Classical compliation and Jolin's Taiwan concert DVD. Its not that i am loaded, i feel that to make sure the artistes we like can survive, we should do something to support them. If their albums are left on the shelves, sooner or later, they will be shelved aside. Thus, i will difinitely buy original to supprot whoever i like, not necessaary they must be goodlooking, their song must be music to my ears. lol

Recently i have endless endless markings to do... its driving me crazy...luckily i have class95, fm933 and all these new CDs i bought to pull me through.... yet my markings are not done yet.... still have to go back to work tml.

Nokias nowadays are disappointing. They except you to be at their beck and call...sometimes really feel unappreciated. If i am going to be a parent next time,i will teach my child to be respectful,not at all like spoilt brats i see now, but seeing so many nokias now, i think i better dun have children at all.... so scary, so demanding... even parents are at their child mercy, attending to every single whimps, making sure that nokias are safe, thinking that their nokias are never in the wrong. Thats the trend i see now... so different from my time.

June is disappearing soon... i dun have 'me time' so far...i havent touch my favourite camera for v long time... there are too many things to do...

ok i am going a bit overboard with complaints and whims... haha but its good to let it all out... anyway i am still going to continue to do what i have todo and what i am committed to do. Just do things as it comes. Things will always work out in the end.

ok by the way, recently i am hooked watching Jia You Jin Soon at 7pm channel U, weekdays. Its my one and only entertainment for a day....and i watch with my mum. Nice nice show!
