Diarrhea

My poor stomach is in agony.  So far i have visited the loo 9 times today... and i think more to come.  I have already taken both chinese and western medication... whatever to try and stop the diarrhea. It is terrible.  Stomach Flu is my worst enemy.

I think i better go sleep early.  Hope i can recover by tml morning.  Really a lot of work to do... take MC? I hope not.
